Service

REI Data Pros provides software-as-a-service for real estate investors: property scoring (DealRadar), market analysis (MarketPulse — coming Q3 2026), agency-build (AgencyBuilder), and free REI Calculators.

Acceptable use

Use the platform to research properties you have a legitimate business interest in (acquiring, listing, comping, valuing). Do NOT use the platform for stalking, harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or any illegal purpose. Owner-of-record data is for property-acquisition contact — not personal background research.

Cancellation

Subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro): month-to-month or annual, cancel anytime from your account settings. Agency build engagements: 90-day commitment because of the 4-6 week build phase.

Disputes

Any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA) and resolved through binding arbitration. The full arbitration clause is in the long-form legal text.
