This Privacy Policy explains how REI Data Pros (also referred to as REIDataPros, we, us, and our) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and services, including DealRadar, InkDesk, and REIDP CRM, and our done-for-you services provided through REI Lead Pros. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the login you create. Information you submit, including the property addresses and other inputs you enter to run a scan, the documents and recipient details you upload to InkDesk, and the details you provide during REIDP CRM or REI Lead Pros onboarding. Results we generate, including the scores, comparable sales, owner records, and reports produced from your inputs, which we cache so you can reuse them. Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Usage information, including how you use the product, device and browser details, and log data, which we review in aggregate to improve the service. Communications you send us through email or support.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, run the scans and analyses you request, process payments and manage your subscription, send account and service messages, provide support, improve the product, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, your property scans, or your saved analyses. Customer data stays customer data. We do run an advertising pixel on our marketing pages, described under Cookies and advertising below, so that we can measure our own advertising. It never receives your scans or your saved analyses.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run the service, including Stripe for payments, our hosting and infrastructure providers, and our email delivery providers, each under contract to protect your data. We share inputs with the data providers whose listing, county record, rent comparable, and owner contact data is needed to produce the results you request. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the service. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion as described below.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@reidatapros.com. We respond within 30 days, consistent with the GDPR and the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Cookies and advertising

In the app we use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. On our marketing pages we run the Meta advertising pixel, which tells Meta that a visit or an action happened so we can measure and target our own advertising. It does not receive your property scans or your saved analyses. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Children

Our services are built for business users and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
